On Wednesday 1st October 2025, Restart a Heart Live will host a full day of free, online CPR familiarisation sessions.
- Each session lasts 25-30 minutes (with an option to stay on for the full hour).
- They run every hour on the hour, from 9am to 9pm.
- No equipment is needed - you can practise with a cushion or jacket if you’d like.
- At present, the primary school sessions will be at 10am and 11am.
- A full programme with all the details will be released shortly.
The live-stream will be hosted from Day Six Studios in Scotland, led by paramedics, and supported by organisations including Save a Life for Scotland, the Scottish Ambulance Service, Resuscitation Council UK, Save a Life Cymru, the Association of Ambulance Service Chief Executives, and the Scottish Government.

Learning and being confident in CPR really can save lives. This national campaign is aiming to train 1 million people by 2027, and it would be fantastic to see everyone getting involved!
