IMPORTANT: Change to Services due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) with immediate effect
This letter is to let you know that we are making significant changes to our services because of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak in the UK. Please note that:
We are closing our office to the general public: If you have an appointment with us in the next couple of weeks, we will be in touch to make suitable alternative arrangements.
Face to face appointments will only be made if absolutely necessary: if it is essential to meet with staff face to face you will be asked to take additional precautions to increase the personal safety of those attending.
Repairs service – emergency/urgent repairs only: to increase social distancing and limit contact we will be instructing emergency/urgent repairs only for the foreseeable future. Please consider whether your repair can wait before requesting a visit.

We will make our best efforts to be available on the phone or by e-mail, please help us help you by e-mailing us your mobile and landline numbers and an e-mail address that you can be contacted on. It is likely that we will not be sending out further written communication so regularly watch our website.
You will find more information about these service restrictions on our website. But please be reassured that we are doing everything we can while services remain limited to provide you with the support and assistance you need.
