Trafalgar Housing Association currently owns 300 properties within the Dalmuir and Central Kilbowie areas of Clydebank. We provide properties for single people, couples and families, and have a number of properties designed or adapted for people with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair access.
Our aim is to provide homes at affordable rents for those in housing need. We operate an open access housing list which provides an opportunity for anyone aged 16 and over to apply and have their needs assessed.
The Association uses a points system to determine priority for rehousing. Upon receipt of your application, your points will be assessed in line with our Allocations Policy. In order to ensure accurate points are awarded please ensure ALL sections of the form are completed accurately and where possible evidence provided at point of submission.
Please note if your current accommodation is not suitable on medical grounds a separate medical assessment form should be completed and returned via post or email.
From 1st October 2025 Trafalgar HA has subscribed to the West Dunbartonshire Council Common Housing Application along with other Housing Associations within West Dunbartonshire. This service provides a “one stop” application form to the majority of social housing across West Dunbartonshire.
