REPORTING A REPAIR

Trafalgar Housing Association provides a reactive repairs service and an out of hours emergency service in order to keep our tenants’ homes in good condition. Some important information is listed below. Tenants can report repairs in a number of ways, i.e. by:-

Calling into the office in person. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9.30 am to 12pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Wednesday 2.00pm to 4.00pm

EMERGENCY REPAIRS – OUTWITH OFFICE HOURS

If an emergency repair is required outwith office hours – Please contact Bield Community Alarm Service on: 0800 783 7937

It is important when contacting the contractors that you provide them with as much information as possible so that they can respond appropriately to your repair request. Please remember this service is for EMERGENCIES ONLY and the Association may recharge a tenant where the out of hours service is used for non-emergency repairs
